Our Hot Sauce is made with extra virgin olive oil, sweet Calabrian chili pepper (49%) and a pinch of salt; this sauce releases all the character of the Calabrian tradition. The taste is intense and aromatic, with a pleasant spicy note balanced by the smoothness of EVO oil. Ideal to enrich bruschetta, first courses, pizzas, grilled meats and aged cheeses.

The wines to pair are young, fruity red wines such as Cirò Rosso or a Nero d'Avola, or a Pecorello.

It contains no preservatives or colorings.
