Our Puttanesca Sauce is made with Italian tomato pulp, tasty black olives, tangy capers, garlic, a touch of chili pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, enhanced by the freshness of parsley and the bold taste of anchovies. This sauce releases all the character and aromas of Mediterranean tradition. The flavor is rich, enveloping and pleasantly savory, with a perfect balance between the tomato’s tangy note and the zesty touch of sea and land ingredients. Ideal for dressing spaghetti and penne, enriching crunchy bruschetta, flavorful pizzas and main courses based on fish or meat.

The wines to pair are structured, mineral whites such as Greco di Tufo and Fiano di Avellino, or light, fruity reds such as Piedirosso.
