Our Sugo alla Norma is made with tomato pulp, eggplant, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, garlic and salt, following the tradition of Sicilian cuisine. The flavor is rich and balanced, with the sweetness of tomato blending with eggplant, enhanced by the aroma of basil and the delicacy of EVO oil.

Ideal for dressing short and long pasta, such as rigatoni, penne and macaroni, it is also perfect for enriching lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, crostini and baked dishes.

Wines to pair are young, smooth reds such as a Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG, a Nero d'Avola or a Frappato, which enhance the delicacy of the eggplant and the intensity of the tomato.
