Our Cacio e Pepe Sauce is made with PDO Pecorino Romano, water, butter, black pepper and selected ingredients, inspired by the tradition of Roman cuisine. The flavor is intense and enveloping, with the savoriness of Pecorino Romano perfectly balanced by the bold aroma of black pepper, for a cream with an authentic character and a velvety texture.

Ideal for dressing spaghetti, tonnarelli, rigatoni and mezze maniche, it is also perfect for enhancing gnocchi, risottos, crostini and baked dishes, delivering all the flavor of Roman tradition in just a few minutes.

The wines to pair are structured, mineral whites such as a Frascati Superiore DOCG, a Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi or a Pecorino d'Abruzzo, able to enhance the savoriness of the cheese and the spicy notes of black pepper.
